Open-care warmer for delivery rooms and newborn resuscitation.

The PCB-IRW-10 Infant Radiant Warmer is a microprocessor-based, servo-controlled open-care unit designed for delivery rooms, newborn resuscitation, neonatal recovery and procedural care where the clinical team needs immediate, unobstructed access to the newborn. The unit operates in manual mode or automatic (servo-skin) mode, switching between them with a single control.

An anti-explosion micro-crystal quartz infrared radiation tube delivers stable, uniform heat to the mattress surface, with ±2 °C uniformity across the bed. Set temperature and skin temperature are each shown on independent LED indicators, and a second thermal cut-off protects the newborn even if the primary sensor fails. The LED observation light has adjustable brightness for night-time work without disturbing the baby.

The bed includes four transparent side protectors with 2 infusion seals, an integrated tray for accessories and an RS-232 connector for service / data export. The aluminum-alloy structural frame keeps the unit light and corrosion-resistant for daily hospital use.
