About the PCB-ABP-75

Reveal the blood pressure the office cuff never sees.

The PCB-ABP-75 Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor records blood pressure at scheduled intervals throughout a full 24-hour day — during work, rest, sleep and stress. It is the diagnostic gold standard for confirming hypertension, identifying white-coat and masked hypertension, and evaluating antihypertensive therapy in real conditions.

The device uses the oscillometric method with an accuracy of ±3 mmHg across a wide clinical range: systolic 60–200 mmHg, diastolic 30–180 mmHg, pulse rate 40–240 bpm. Measurement intervals are fully configurable from 5 to 120 minutes, with independent programs for day, night, morning and special protocols.

At only 210 g, patients wear the monitor comfortably for the full recording period. Analysis software generates PDF reports and computes morning BP index, variability index and arteriosclerosis index — clinically actionable metrics that go beyond simple average pressures.

Key features

Built for the clinical workflow.

24-hour trendgram

24-hour trendgram

Full-day timeline of SBP (red) and DBP (blue) with configurable hypertension thresholds. Instantly reveals morning surge, white-coat spikes and nocturnal dips that a single office reading would miss.

Histogram distribution

Histogram distribution

Distribution histograms show what proportion of readings fell into each pressure range. Filter by All / Day / Night to see how blood pressure behaviour changes between activity and rest.

Pressure zone classification

Pressure zone classification

Pie chart classifies readings as hypertensive (yellow), normal (blue) or hypotensive (green). Percentage or total counts, filtered by All/Day/Night.

Correlation graph

Correlation graph

Systolic vs Diastolic scatter plot with regression lines shows the linear relationship between the two pressures. Helps identify isolated systolic hypertension.
