PCB-ST40 Hydraulic Transfer Stretcher
About the PCB-ST40

The premium configuration.

The PCB-ST40 Hydraulic Transfer Stretcher is the flagship configuration in the PCB-ST series, adding a 0–55° leg rest for chest, abdominal and catheterization procedures and a full-body radiotranslucent bed board for whole-body X-ray imaging directly on the stretcher.

A foot-operated hydraulic system adjusts height (660–885 mm), back rest (0–85°), leg rest (0–55°) and Trendelenburg / Reverse Trendelenburg positions (±13°). The wider 700 mm bed board and 200 mm casters support higher patient loads with stable transport.

Designed for hospitals where one stretcher must handle surgery, ICU, radiology, neurology, urology and obstetrics — the PCB-ST40 is the most versatile transfer stretcher in our line.

Key positions

Designed for every clinical posture.

Hi-Low height 885-660mm

Hi-Low (885 – 660 mm)

Minimum bed-board height of 660 mm from the ground. Adjust to match the receiving bed for safe, level transfer.

Back rest 0-85 degrees

Back rest 0 – 85°

Supports sitting up, dyspnea relief, cough and expectoration, chest drainage, heart failure care and pericardial effusion management.

Leg rest 0-55 degrees

Leg rest 0 – 55°

Supine with bent knees for chest, abdominal, perineal flushing and catheterization. Increases lower-limb venous return, reduces edema and helps deep vein thrombosis treatment.

Trendelenburg 0-13 degrees

Trendelenburg 0 – 13°

Suitable for pulmonary / duodenal drainage, intracranial hypotension syndrome, root-bone or tibial-tubercle traction.

Reverse Trendelenburg 0-13 degrees

Rev. Trendelenburg 0 – 13°

Reduces intracranial pressure, facilitates intracranial venous return. Brain surgery, stroke, upper urinary tract stones, skull traction.

Radiotranslucent full body

Radiotranslucent bed board (FULL BODY)

Enables whole-body X-ray imaging directly on the stretcher — no patient transfer required during emergency radiology.

Hydraulic foot pedals + steer

Hydraulic foot pedals + steer

Color-coded foot pedals on both sides control height, Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg without releasing the patient. Multi/single-direction steering switch.

Control panel

Integrated control panel

All position controls grouped into a single panel at the foot end for one-clinician operation.

Locking mechanism

Side rail locking

Heavy-duty side-rail latches secure rails in upright position and release smoothly for one-hand operation.
