About the PCB-MB15

The PCB-MB15 Manual Hospital Bed is a 5-function manual hospital bed designed for inpatient wards, nursing facilities and home care. Five smooth manual cranks adjust back rest (0–65°), leg rest (0–30°), bed-board height, Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg positions for clinician comfort and patient positioning.
Built around a steel frame with ABS-molded headboard and footboard, perforated bed board for ventilation, and PP side rails with one-hand locking, the PCB-MB15 is designed for daily clinical use with simple, low-maintenance mechanics.
Four heavy-duty casters with brakes provide stable positioning and easy room-to-room transfer. Four IV pole holders at all corners accept standard infusion poles.

Back rest 0 – 65°
Supports sitting up, dyspnea relief, cough and expectoration, chest drainage, heart failure care and pericardial effusion management.
Leg rest 0 – 30°
Supine position with bent knees for chest/abdominal exam, catheterization, perineal flushing. Increases lower-limb venous return and reduces edema.
5 manual cranks
Smooth, low-friction crank mechanism for back rest, leg rest, bed-board height, Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg adjustments — no electricity required, low-maintenance.
Perforated bed board
Four-section perforated bed board provides ventilation, reduces pressure on the patient and supports radiotranslucent imaging on the back-rest section.

Four Ø 125 mm swivel casters with individual brakes for stable positioning at the bedside and easy room-to-room transfer.
