PCB-INC-10 Baby Incubator
About the PCB-INC-10

A safe, microprocessor-controlled thermal environment for newborns.

The PCB-INC-10 Baby Incubator is a microprocessor-based, servo-controlled neonatal incubator designed for general newborn care, recovery wards and neonatal transport between hospital departments. Air-mode temperature control, two-level humidity and a comprehensive alarm suite combine to deliver a stable, predictable thermal environment for the newborn.

Set temperature, air temperature and heating power are each displayed on independent LED indicators so the clinical team can read the unit’s status at a glance. A self-testing function verifies every safety-critical sub-system at power-up, and any deviation triggers both audible and visual alarms.

A triple over-temperature protection (independent secondary cut-off device) keeps the newborn safe even if a primary sensor fails. The single-wall acrylic hood with 4 operating windows, 2 iris ports and 3 infusion seals gives the clinical team full access while preserving the controlled microclimate.

Key features

Engineered for neonatal safety.

Microprocessor servo control

Closed-loop microprocessor maintains the set air temperature within ±0.5 °C fluctuation. Set temperature, air temperature and heating power are each shown on separate LED indicators for instant clinical readability.

Triple over-temperature protection

Independent secondary cut-off device protects the newborn if the primary sensor fails. > 37 °C set function is gated behind a confirmation step to prevent accidental high-temperature setting.

Self-testing + comprehensive alarms

Power-up self-test verifies all safety-critical sub-systems. Audible + visual alarms for: power failure, over temperature, temperature deviation, fan failure, temperature sensor failure.

Single-wall hood · full access

Single-wall acrylic hood with 4 operating windows, 2 iris ports and 3 infusion seals gives the clinical team full access without disrupting the microclimate. Locking front door for security.

Optional accessories

Phototherapy add-ons.

BL-30D upside phototherapy unit

Top-mounted LED phototherapy lamp for treatment of neonatal jaundice. Mounts on the incubator hood — no separate stand required.

BL-100D downside phototherapy unit

Mattress-level LED phototherapy unit. Combine with the BL-30D for double-sided treatment when needed.

Applications
Neonatal Care Newborn Recovery Pediatric Wards Maternity Hospitals Intra-Hospital Transport Premature Infant Care Phototherapy (with options)
In clinical use

Trusted across neonatal wards.

Neonatal nurse assessing infant inside the incubator

Closed-environment care

Iris ports and infusion seals let the team examine and treat the newborn without breaking the controlled microclimate.

Nurse preparing the incubator between patients

Quick prep between patients

Single-wall acrylic hood with locking door lifts open for fast disinfection and turnaround between cases.

NICU team monitoring infant in incubator

NICU-ready monitoring

Integrates with bedside monitors and IV pumps for full vital-sign + therapy oversight in the neonatal intensive care unit.
