About the PCB-INC-20

Premium neonatal incubator with continuous humidity control.

The PCB-INC-20 Baby Incubator (Top Grade) is a premium-tier, microprocessor-based, servo-controlled neonatal incubator built for NICU, recovery wards and high-acuity newborn care. It upgrades from the standard model with continuously adjustable humidity, an aluminum-alloy bodywork, a removable axial DC fan and an integrated storage cabinet base with locking front doors.

Set temperature, air temperature and heating power are each displayed on independent LED indicators for instant readability. A self-testing function verifies every safety-critical sub-system at power-up, and a comprehensive alarm suite (power failure, over temperature, temperature deviation, fan failure, temperature-sensor failure) keeps the clinical team informed of any deviation.

Triple over-temperature protection with an independent secondary cut-off device safeguards the newborn even if a primary sensor fails. The single-wall hood with 4 operating windows, 2 iris ports and 3 infusion seals gives the clinical team full access while preserving the controlled microclimate. An RS-232 connector + oxygen inlet support integration with monitoring and respiratory support equipment.
