The PCB-IRW-20 Infant Radiant Warmer (Premium) is the flagship engineered open-care unit for delivery suites, neonatal resuscitation and high-acuity newborn care. It operates in three modes — pre-warm, manual and automatic (servo-skin), with a built-in APGAR timer that records therapy and resuscitation time from the moment the unit is activated.
A swivel heater head with ±90° horizontal adjustment gives the resuscitation team flexible access to the newborn from any angle. The integrated X-ray cassette board under the infant bed allows in-bed radiography without disturbing the patient. The unit ships with 2 trays and 2 drawers for clinical supplies — keeping the bedside organized for emergency response.
Set temperature, skin temperature and timer are each shown on independent LED indicators. Audible + visual alarms cover power failure, temperature deviation, sensor failures and over-temperature. Four foldable transparent side protectors with 2 infusion seals provide newborn safety while permitting full clinical access. The LED observation light is tilt-adjustable and brightness-adjustable for procedures at any time of day.

3-mode operation (pre-warm + manual + auto)
Pre-warm prepares the bed before patient arrival. Manual mode lets the operator set power level. Automatic mode (servo-skin) maintains the set skin temperature continuously. Switch between modes with a single control.
APGAR timer
Built-in APGAR timer records therapy time and resuscitation time from the moment the warmer is activated. Critical for documentation of newborn resuscitation at 1, 5 and 10 minutes post-delivery.
X-ray cassette board
Integrated X-ray cassette board under the infant bed — radiographs without moving the newborn from the warmer. Essential for line placement verification and emergency imaging.
Heater head ±90° swivel
Horizontal swivel of ±90° on the heater head — clinical team can position the radiant source from any angle around the bed for procedures and resuscitation.
Comprehensive alarm suite
Audible + visual alarms for: power failure, temperature deviation, temperature sensor failure, skin sensor failure, over temperature.
LED observation light · 3 W
3W LED observation light — both tilt-adjustable and brightness-adjustable. Low heat output, instant on, energy efficient.
4 transparent foldable protectors
Four foldable transparent side protectors with 2 infusion seals — newborn safety with full access for IV lines, monitoring leads and procedures.
