About the PCB-SCM-20

Single-head ceiling illumination for the modern OR.

The PCB-SCM-20 Single-Head Ceiling LED Surgical Light delivers full operating-room illumination from one ceiling-mounted dome. 72 high-output LEDs with proprietary multi-point optics produce a 60,000 – 150,000 lux adjustable spot with illumination depth above 1,400 mm — the standard for general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmic and procedure rooms.

Color temperature is adjustable from 3,500 to 5,000 K, with color rendering index Ra 85 – 97 for accurate tissue visualization. A special endoscope mode drops intensity for minimally invasive procedures with one tap.

An integrated LCD touchscreen control panel on the yoke synchronously adjusts LUX, CCT and CRI. Available options: wall control panel, wireless remote and built-in battery backup — the single-head solution for procedure rooms and ambulatory surgery.

Each LED has its own custom-developed lens. Overlapping beams from 72 individual lenses create a uniform light spot with significantly reduced shadow rate — clinically superior to off-the-shelf lenses.

LCD touchscreen control

User-friendly LCD touchscreen panel mounted on the yoke. Synchronously adjust LUX, CCT and CRI in real time. On/off and endoscope mode with one tap.

Battery backup (optional)

Built-in battery backup ensures continuous illumination during mains-power failure. Critical for procedure safety. Available as factory option.

Wireless remote (optional)

Wireless remote control for sterile contactless operation. Adjust LUX, CCT, CRI and switch endoscope mode from across the OR — ideal for scrubbed personnel.
