LED phototherapy for safe, silent jaundice treatment.
The PCB-FL-01 Infant Phototherapy Unit is a mobile LED phototherapy lamp designed for the treatment of neonatal jaundice (hyperbilirubinemia). It uses a bank of 17 blue LED bulbs (420–490 nm) at the clinically effective wavelength, with a 50,000-hour service life — replacing traditional fluorescent tubes that lose intensity quickly and need frequent service.
Irradiance intensity is adjustable in 3 grades (Low / Medium / High) so the clinical team can match the dose to the bilirubin level. A built-in LCD shows therapy time + integral time separately, with both count-up and count-down timers for precise documentation and dose control.
The radiant head pivots 0–180° and the column extends from 850 mm to 1640 mm, so the unit pairs with any infant incubator, radiant warmer or baby cradle. Fanless design (no noise) keeps the newborn calm during treatment. Four braked castors on an aluminum-alloy + steel base keep the unit mobile and stable.

Bank of 17 high-intensity blue LEDs at 420–490 nm — the clinically optimal wavelength for converting bilirubin. 50,000-hour service life vs only ~2,000 hours for traditional fluorescent tubes.
3-level intensity (Low / Medium / High)
Adjustable irradiance from 1,450 to 4,500 μW/cm² — match the dose to the clinical protocol and bilirubin level. High mode delivers intensive phototherapy.
Equal light distribution
Uniform high-intensity light across the effective surface area (400 × 300 mm at 360 mm) — every part of the newborn’s exposed skin receives consistent dose.
LCD display + dual timers
LCD shows therapy time and integral time separately. Count-up for documentation, count-down (30 min – 48 h) for protocol-driven dosing. Integral time range up to 99,999 h.
Fanless · silent operation
LED design produces minimal heat — no cooling fan needed. Zero fan noise, no air movement near the newborn, no infection-control concerns from fan blade dust.
Adjustable head + height
Radiant head pivots 0–180°, column adjusts from 850 to 1,640 mm — pairs with any incubator, radiant warmer or baby cradle. Optimal positioning for every clinical setup.
Stable mobile base
Aluminum-alloy + steel support base with 4 castors with brake — easy to move between rooms, locks securely in place during treatment.
Long-life LED
50,000-hour LED service life means 5+ years of continuous use at typical clinical duty cycles. Far lower lifecycle cost than fluorescent or halogen alternatives.

Baby Incubator
Position the radiant head above any closed incubator — PCB-INC-10 / 20 / 30 or any standard incubator. Adjustable height + angle.
Infant Radiant Warmer
Pairs with open-care radiant warmers (PCB-IRW-10 / 20) for combined warming + phototherapy treatment.
Baby Cradle
Use over any newborn cradle, bassinet or nursery bed. Mobile design moves between cribs as needed.
Newborn Nursery
Treat multiple newborns in the well-baby nursery — move the unit between cribs throughout the shift.
